Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Nandhini Artworks's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.
3. Products and Pricing
All products are handcrafted and subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are representative; slight variations in color and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Nandhini Artworks and is protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized use of any material may constitute copyright infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nandhini Artworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
