1. Our Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, Nandhini Artworks operates a strict No Refund Policy once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. Each piece is uniquely crafted with premium materials and significant artisan effort.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom / made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse are also non-returnable.
4. Process for Defective Items
To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please contact us at nandhini.artworks@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos/video of the defect. We will evaluate and respond within 3 business days.
