1. General Shipping Information
Nandhini Artworks is committed to delivering your handcrafted artworks safely and on time. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. We currently ship to addresses within India and select international locations.
2. Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Made-to-Order / Custom Items require 7-14 business days for crafting and quality checks. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During peak festival seasons, processing times may be extended by 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Domestic (India) standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. Nandhini Artworks is not liable for courier delays once the package has been handed over.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Nandhini Artworks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
Nandhini Artworks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. As a gesture of goodwill, if you provide an unboxing video showing the damage clearly within 24 hours of delivery, we may assist you in resolving the issue.
